A service that enables submitting a technical support request for all technical issues related to systems and electronic services

 

1. Log in to Maak system by clicking Technical Support Request
2. Enter the required information and attach the required documents
3. Click Submit Request

None

System name, Problem type, Governorate name, Location, Building / College, Floor, Problem description, Email, Contact number, ID number, Employee number
Documents: Screenshot of error message or any attachments related to the problem (Maximum 3 files, 5 MB)
