Technical Support or Service Request via Ma'ak System

An electronic service management and technical support system that allows Shaqra University employees to submit technical support requests, service requests, report technical issues, and track request status electronically, with live chat support and service rating capabilities.

1. Access Ma'ak platform via Maak-dwp.su.edu.sa.
2. Enter ID number and password.
3. Select 'Technical Support Request' or 'Service Request' from the homepage.
4. Answer required questions and attach files if needed.
5. Click 'Submit Request.'
6. Track request status through 'My Activity.'

The user must be a Shaqra University employee with valid login credentials (ID number and password).
